How do I find videos in this collection?

You can find LinkedIn Learning courses and video tutorials at https://www.linkedin.com/learning

 

How do I sign in to LinkedIn Learning?

To sign into LinkedIn Learning, you will need to use your @bhc.ed or @mymail.bhc.edu email account. If it's your first time signing in, go to https://www.linkedin.com/learning/activate to create your account. 

If you are assigning LinkedIn Learning content to your students, ask the library to email an invitation to your class roster to streamline the process for creating accounts.

How do I share the videos in this collection?

When viewing the video, click on the Share arrow in the top-right corner and select the Link option. You can copy the link for the entire course or the individual video you are viewing. 

 

What are the accessibility features of this collection?

LinkedIn Learning provides closed-captioning and transcripts for the videos in this collection.

 

Are these videos copyrighted?

Videos in this collection are protected by United States copyright law [Title 17, U.S. Code] and fair use policies.  These resources are provided for use in an educational context for classroom, study, or personal use for Black Hawk College students and employees. 

 

Can faculty request new films to add to this collection?

No, the library already has access to the full LinkedIn Learning catalog. However, faculty can create custom collections and learning pathways for students. Ask a librarian to learn more about these features.
