Faculty Guide: Streaming Videos

A faculty guide for accessing and viewing the library's streaming video collections

Welcome to our Faculty Guide to Streaming Video

This guide was created by the BHC Library to help faculty find and access our streaming video collections:

Getting Started

The Library has many streaming video collections available for the BHC community, and also several methods for acquiring streaming video licenses to grow our collection. Our first and foremost recommendation to faculty is do not hesitate to contact a librarian for assistance and we will be glad to help.

I know what video I want to show my class, where do I start?

Email us at library@bhc.edu and we will determine if the film is already available in our collection or contact our vendors to see if license can be purchased for the film.

I don't know what video I want to show my class, where do I start?

We encourage you to take a look at the Library's streaming video collections to see what is available. The collections are listed above. You can also use OneSearch, the Library's online catalog. If you're still looking, contact a librarian for research assistance.

How does copyright and fair use work with videos?
