Board Games
The Black Hawk College Library has a collection of board games that can be borrowed. These items are located in the stacks near the New Books collection and can be checked out at the circulation desk. Please read below for more information regarding available items, eligibility, and lending policies.
The Board Games collection includes the following:
Black Hawk College students, faculty, and staff with library accounts in good standing may borrow board games. Borrowers with delinquent accounts are not permitted to borrow from the collection.
Board games will check-out for 7 days.
Board games must be returned at the circulation desk. Do not return board games to the book drop.
It is the borrower’s responsibility to return library materials on time. If equipment is damaged or lost, the following fines and fees will be charged:
The borrower is responsible for full replacement costs if the board game is damaged or lost during the checkout period. Failure to pay overdue fines, repairs, replacement costs or any other charges will result in a suspension of the borrower’s library card and a may include a hold on the borrower’s BHC student account.
